In a world currently marked by multidimensional security challenges, the need for a common European Security and Defense Culture has never been more critical. The evolving landscape of risks and threats, including terrorism, hybrid and conventional warfare, and geopolitical tensions, necessitates a united approach among European Union (EU) member states. Developing a common European security and defence culture is a vital tool to address these challenges, and the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) plays a central role in fostering this culture.
